Thank you for choosing SelMarie. Our staff is available to answer any questions you may have, about our programs and services, our facility, and address any concerns you may have. We understand the challenges of selecting the right facility to care for your loved one can be difficult. However, you will have the peace of mind to know our mission to provide outstanding care is our core focus.

Criteria for Acceptance

Admission will be open to any qualified client (15 years or older) regardless of race, gender, sexual identity, or religion. Application must be completed by, parent, guardian or support care provider. Once the application has been received and undergone our review process, an interview will occur. This is to determine if SelMarie, has the ability to meet the specific needs of our prospective client. Once accepted, we will work closely with the family and Support Coordinator to discuss services and individualized goals outlined in the Individualized Service Plan.
